Duplicates View and Destroy is a free contacts app for Android devices that helps you find and delete duplicate contacts quickly and easily. With five different search criteria, this app checks and selects only the duplicate contacts, which you can then delete. It also comes with a backup utility that allows you to restore any deleted contacts if needed.
The algorithm used in Duplicates View & Destroy ensures that only duplicates are selected and that their original (master) is not selected and therefore not deleted. The app also uses a unique color-coding scheme, marking the original (master) and its duplicates in the same color, making it easy to identify the original along with its duplicates.
